The Goodyear tire factory in Amiens closed in January 2014, causing the loss of 1143 jobs. Considering their dismissal for economic reasons "without real and serious cause" the workers took their case to the labour court employment tribunal.
On the occasion of this emblematic trial against the multinational, former workers testify to the violence suffered during this redundancy plan and the social, human disaster that the closure of this industrial site represents. By following the procedure until its conclusion, the film questions the difficulty for the workers to make their voices heard and to obtain justice.
