This film tells the story of a group of women and men who gradually built an economic success story, a high-performance modern company that became a leader in its market: SCOP Sawmill and Palettes of the Coast, established in Audruicq in the department of Pas-de-Calais. Their daily challenge? To help the greatest possible number of people who find themselves excluded from the job market to find a job by developing ecologically sustainable productions.
